Challenges: Day 6 presented a unique set of challenges as we navigated a very conservative spending environment, ultimately resulting in no closed revenue for the day despite a high volume of activity. We leaned heavily into individualized guest consultations, focusing on the emotional value of the Effy story and "romanticizing" our curated collections to build a deeper connection with the jewelry. However, we encountered consistent price resistance even on entry-level pieces near the $1,000 threshold, which has provided us with a clearer understanding of the current passenger spending power. To address this for our final push, we are recalibrating our approach to focus on high-perceived-value bundles and accessible luxury, ensuring that even the most price-conscious guests feel they are securing an unattainable deal before they disembark.

Wins: The "win" today was the unwavering professionalism and execution of the team under difficult market conditions. We successfully delivered high-quality event experiences and maintained a luxury standard on the floor, never allowing the lack of turnover to diminish our service level. Our ability to execute "package deals" and "gift with purchase" incentives was strong, proving that our operational foundation is rock solid. We have spent the day strengthening our rapport with guests and refining our objection-handling techniques. We remain optimistic and focused, heading into the final leg of the cruise with a "never give up" attitude, ready to capture every possible opportunity on the final day.
