During a site discussion with Admin Niko of Linelab, it was clearly stated that their team would prioritize the completion of architectural finishing works at the front area of the project. Admin Niko firmly advised that all scaffoldings would remain erected and would not be dismantled until the architectural works were fully completed. This discussion was attended by Subcontractor Liezel.
Due to the presence of the scaffoldings, one panel was damaged, which subsequently resulted in the suspension of all lifting activities.

December 17, 2025
A site revisit was conducted to verify the status of the existing obstructions. At the time of inspection, the scaffoldings were still erected. It was also noted that Admin Niko was on leave during this period.

January 8, 2026
As per the latest coordination, I reached out again to Admin Niko regarding the ongoing site obstructions. Admin Niko confirmed that the scaffoldings remain erected as of this date.

All of the above updates and communications have been consistently reported and documented in our official group chat for proper reference and record.
