Jennifer Thank you for the detailed note. I am aware that only one side of the former is working currently. We don’t carry those replacement glue lines that were damaged and chard. Erick and Don are working on getting those glue lines here as soon as possible. Currently the replacement glue lines are 4 weeks out, so this will continue to be a problem for us for the next 4 weeks. I would suggest that we produce extra trays and stack them on a table for use when an opportunity to do so arises. When issues occur to the tray former, having trays premade will provide a cushion so we are not forced to shut the line down. This will give you and maintenance time to correct the issue. In addition, this tray former was designed to outrun the line. Just because one side is down, does not mean we run 50% of rates. I don’t want this tray former issue to feel like an obstacle we can’t overcome. We absolutely can. With your leadership, drive, and direction we can overcome the loss of half of our tray former and still hit rates. It will be difficult, but it is doable. I know we have the Leadership and TEAM to make it happen. Lets get creative and find a way to hit rates and overcome this hurdle. We will be better for it. Thank you. MS
