ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

This policy applies to all products delivered electronically or made available immediately upon purchase, including but not limited to:

• Digital products
• Downloadable content
• Digital add-ons
• Emote packs
• Virtual goods, access passes, or digital bonuses
• Any product marked or described as digital at the time of purchase

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that

• Digital products are delivered instantly or made accessible immediately upon successful payment.
• Delivery is deemed complete at the moment access is granted, regardless of whether the content is downloaded, used, or accessed.
• The customer waives any right to cancellation, reversal, refund, or chargeback to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• All digital sales are final, with no refunds, exchanges, credits, or substitutions for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Accidental or unauthorized purchase
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Incompatibility with software, platforms, or devices
  • Dissatisfaction or change of mind
  • Non-use of the digital product

Producer Fee, Audition Tape Review & Background Checks are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

All Producer Fees paid for audition tape review, applicant evaluation, administrative processing, and background checks are final and non-refundable.

• The Producer Fee is earned immediately upon submission and is deemed used and consumed at the time of payment
• Fees cover administrative and production costs, including but not limited to:
  • Audition tape intake, review, and evaluation
  • Applicant screening and eligibility verification
  • Background checks and compliance reviews
  • Internal production, staffing, and processing expenses
• No refunds, cancellations, reversals, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to
  • Applicant disqualification or ineligibility
  • Failure to advance in the selection process
  • Withdrawal by the applicant after submission
  • Timing of submission or outcome of review
• Submission of payment does not guarantee selection, participation, or advancement for the show.

By submitting payment, the applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Producer Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Million Dollar Fan Reality Show 1 Inc. reserves the right to:

• Fully contest all disputes and chargebacks
• Permanently revoke access to digital products without notice
• Suspend or terminate customer accounts
• Recover administrative fees, chargeback costs, and associated losses to the fullest extent permitted by law

Physical Merchandise — Third-Party Fulfillment Responsibility

All physical merchandise is fulfilled, shipped, and managed by independent third-party fulfillment providers.

Important Notice

Million Dollar Fan Reality Show 1 Inc. does not process, approve, or issue refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges for physical merchandise.

All physical-product disputes, including but not limited to:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Shipping issues
• Damaged or defective items
• Lost packages
• Incorrect items

must be handled directly with the applicable third-party fulfillment provider, subject to that provider’s own return and dispute policies.

• Once an order is transferred to the fulfillment provider, responsibility for delivery and condition of the merchandise transfers accordingly.
• Million Dollar Fan Reality Show 1 Inc. is not liable for fulfillment delays, shipping errors, customs issues, or carrier-related problems.

Third-party provider contact details will be supplied at checkout or in the order confirmation where applicable.

General Terms

• This policy applies to all purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Million Dollar Fan Reality Show 1 Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
• This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
