**Hosting Partnership Trial Agreement**

This Hosting Partnership Trial Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Nexora Studios x Diamond Node Hosting

1. Purpose of Agreement

Nexora Studios and Diamond Node Hosting agree to enter into an official partnership on a trial basis for the purpose of promotion, testing services, and evaluating long-term collaboration.

2. Trial Period

This agreement is strictly a 1-month trial contract.

The trial period will start on 26 January and end on 26 February.

Nexora Studios requires the hosting server to be fully provided and active on 26 January.

3. Promotion & Marketing Responsibilities

During the trial period, Nexora Studios agrees to:

Promote Diamond Node Hosting wherever possible, including but not limited to:

Plugin tutorials

Showcase videos

Studio products

Other promotional platforms owned by Nexora Studios

Promotion will be done naturally and professionally.

:warning: Important Note:
Nexora Studios has already completed setup for some existing projects. Those completed setups will not be promoted under this agreement.

4. Custom Channel & Future Contract

After completion of the 1-month trial:

If everything goes well, Nexora Studios will create a dedicated/custom channel for Diamond Node Hosting.

A new or updated partnership contract will be discussed and created.

This current agreement is only for trial purposes and does not guarantee a permanent partnership.

5. Server Sales Condition

If no server is sold through Nexora Studios’ referral during the 1-month trial:

Nexora Studios agrees to purchase one server in the following month.

Diamond Node Hosting cannot force Nexora Studios to buy high-spec servers.

Nexora Studios has full freedom to choose any server specifications, regardless of performance tier.

6. Service Quality & Early Termination

Nexora Studios has the right to terminate this agreement before the trial ends if:

There is excessive downtime

Severe lag or repeated performance issues

Too many unresolved technical issues

Lack of proper or timely support

However:

Nexora Studios agrees to ignore and tolerate small or minor issues.

Early termination will only occur if issues are serious and continuous.

7. Referral Transparency & Honesty

If any customer purchases a server from Diamond Node Hosting through Nexora Studios’ referral:

Diamond Node Hosting must inform Nexora Studios immediately.

If Diamond Node Hosting is found:

Lying

Hiding sales

Cheating or providing false information

Then:

Nexora Studios will instantly terminate this agreement

All partnerships and promotions will end immediately.

8. Promotion Validity After Partnership Ends

All promotions, links, and mentions of Diamond Node Hosting will:

Remain active only while the partnership exists.

If the partnership ends or is terminated:

Nexora Studios will stop all promotions

Remove all Diamond Node Hosting links, mentions, and promotions from:

Products

Channels

Descriptions

Content owned by Nexora Studios

9. Agreement Nature

This agreement is based on mutual trust and transparency.

Any changes after the trial period must be made through a new written agreement accepted by both parties.

10. Acceptance

By agreeing to this contract, both parties confirm that they understand and accept all terms mentioned above.
