To counter this, we are conducting a deep-dive analysis into our current lead list to identify any missed opportunities in "hero" pieces versus entry-level items. Our solution moving forward is to double down on one-on-one guest consultations, shifting our focus from broad promotions to highly curated, emotional storytelling that justifies the investment for the more hesitant buyer.

Wins: The silver lining today has been the resilience and professional discipline of the team. Even in a high-pressure environment with slow sales, the staff has remained fully committed to the new strategies, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and brand loyalty. We have successfully maintained a premium brand image, ensuring that every guest interaction is handled with the highest level of Effy service.
