Challenges: The main challenge today was a significant disparity in foot traffic; while the Celebration Party drew a good crowd, organic traffic outside of the event remained low, resulting in under-target revenue. We have identified a need to maximize Tides efficiency, focusing on how we transition guests from the walkway and the event perimeter directly into the store. To address this, we are shifting our focus toward personalized "pull" strategies. We are implementing a more aggressive outreach plan using VIP invitations to private unveilings and exclusive raffles, coupled with high-touch gestures like delivering strawberries to key prospects, to physically bring identified leads back into the boutique environment.

Wins: Despite the lower volume in sales today, we were highly successful in lead identification and relationship building. Our team spent the day creating meaningful connections, resulting in a refined list of high-interest prospects. We now have a clear map of who our "big hitters" are for the remainder of the cruise. By gathering specific preferences and contact information, we have transitioned from broad marketing to targeted concierge service. With our plan to utilize luxury incentives and personalized follow-ups tomorrow, we are confident these leads will convert into the high-value transactions needed to get us back on track.
